What does "Artisan Bread" mean?
Our products are made daily by hand employing no chemical preservatives or additives, and baked in the "Old World" style in stone hearth ovens. Our production is not affected by holidays—if you're open, so are we.

What is the shelf life of your product?
Depending on the product, 1-2 days if left out in room conditions. Wrapping the bread in plastic wrap, or freezing if you intend to use it at a later date, will extend its life. If you do this, it is recommended that you place the bread in an oven for a few minutes when you want to use it in order to recrisp the crust.

What is your range of service?
We are a Bay Area company, currently we make deliveries as far north as Calistoga, as far east as Brentwood and Livermore and as far south as Pebble Beach. We deliver 365 days a year.

Can you provide a list of ingredients?
Most certainly. We are happy to provide this information upon request. Most of our table breads are composed of unbleached/rye/organic flours, filtered water, sea salt and fresh yeast. Other styles of breads we make may also include butter, sugar, milk or eggs.
